Nonetheless. He was Reagan before Reagan was Reagan. It's never been said, but I suspect Reagan was converted by Goldwater. It makes sense, the time, and the fact that Goldwater was both Arizona Establishment, and Reagan's age; and modern Conservatism was a newly-framed set of beliefs.
But. Don't look at the sexual allure of the person - that's one more reason I despise wombynz as candidates for office.

Those don't matter, any more than Pantshitter's dementia matters.
There are two sides to this, and parties are immovable.
On the one side, are Americans who are angry and scared to death.
On the other hand, there is the Political Class, the Deep State, the non-American oligarchs, and all their paid-for puppets, with the puppets controlling vote-rigging algorithms.
Trump loses.
Face it: In a fair election, if he were jailed tomorrow and could get no word out, he'd STILL win.
But we have a zero-percent probability of this election being anything close to fair.

I must say I think economy is doing well. Interstate traffic this morning was crowded. The North and South lanes were packed for the 25 miles I was on it and the secondary highways had lots of traffic too this afternoon. Gas prices must not be a issue for most people. I kept wondering if today was some type of holiday that I don't know about. .
